Care instructions: This mat is naturally antimicrobial and antibacterial. Recommended wash time for the everyday yogi is once a month. Hand Wash: In a tub or basin, place 1 tsp of soap nut powder in the cotton pouch provided. In cold water, make a lather and wash by hand.
